What SMB owners usually ask me
Book a free intro call (30 min). I ask targeted questions about your daily work and identify where most time is lost. If there's nothing worth automating, I'll say so — no obligation to buy anything.
No. I build on what you have: Outlook, Excel, accounting software, CRMs, ERPs, WhatsApp, anything. Automation happens alongside your current tools, not instead of them.
Every project is custom, so price on request. What I can say: small workflows (e.g. automating one specific task) start lower, extensive projects (integrations across multiple systems) are higher. I always give a fixed price upfront, no hourly billing forever.
Preference for locally-running solutions (on your PCs/servers) when possible. If a cloud component is needed, we pick EU-hosted providers (GDPR-compliant). I'm happy to sign an NDA. Everything in your name — you own the code and data.
I fix small bugs for free up to 3 months after delivery. After that, an optional maintenance contract (max 1h/month support), but no obligation. The code is yours, so you can also switch to another developer if you want.
