- Replying to your inquiries via the contact form.
- Following up on quotes or projects.
- Improving the site based on anonymized analytics.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (contact form) or our legitimate interest (analytics, security).
5. Retention
Contact inquiries are kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless an ongoing engagement requires longer retention. Hosting logs are kept according to the host's standard policy (typically 30 days).
6. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with:
- Our web host (mijnhostingpartner.nl) for running the website and email.
- The analytics provider if you gave consent.
No data is sold to third parties.

We only use functional cookies (e.g. language preference) and, with consent, anonymous analytics cookies.
